When you come in for a session you will fill out a short health history form and we will discuss your therapeutic goals. A session may include a mixture of Swedish, Deep tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Stretching, Thermal Palms*, and/or Hot stones*. All techniques are discussed with you before and/or during the session.
* Thermal palms are hand held heat packs made from oatmeal and water and held in a satin cover which conforms to the body's natural contours providing a smooth-satin-like texture against the skin. This is great for arthritis and fibromyalgia patients.
*Hot Stones are heated in hot water and used to create deceptively deep pressure.
